Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

I want to die

Claudia Skipper

Just to see what it's like.
I might be scared
That second before I lose all conciousness,
When I see my life before my eyes.

I'd awaken in complete beauty
I'd feel lighter than a feather.
I wouldn't want to go back
But my karma isn't that good.

If I could choose,
of course I'd be a bird or a mountain goat
But I'd first find my great-grandfather
And tell him hello.
