Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

ODE TO NASH or not while I'm drinking

Craig Leaf

"Candy is Dandy,

But Liquor is Quicker"

I did not go to church today

But to the bar instead...

My wife thinks it drastic

To live the life of Riley

and plan to die a Catholic
.
One ruled by doxy a doxy be! (say I)

So, I'll place my grace in Bourbon's Stock
I can not stand a bahhing flock
So, good god, hush and leave us!

I may be rash, I may be crass

But liquor's a quicker Jesus!

and

a bourbon is a bourbon is a bourbon

or

Lo[sic] is Lo[gic] is Lo[sic]
