Very Bad Poetry

Welcome to the last refuge for the world's worst poetry.

It's difficult to understand how, in this age of information, poems that merely miss the mark can be tossed into the cold world to fend for themselves, only to whither and be forgotten.

Please help us to help them to help us.

Hermeneutic Progeny

Craig Leaf

I think hermeneutic progeny, which is not exposed, comes with ripeness of thought,
As King Solomon, hath gold come
and bear our body to the criticism,

the mind's certain poet -described it to me, precautions,
which like sails, away
As Spring bears-baptizes herself
eighteen old in the grave one-thousand in the sun and young

A Raree show concupiscent -consumes
‘Promise you calm seas, or auspicious gales’*
With noctiflorous - orexigenic perfumes
And kiss the universal sensations of your infinite plumes

and the curtails of my sabianism sung
*Tempest
